This policy explains what personal information Tradeflo Global Inc (“Zinance”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit zinance.co or use our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Zinance is operated by Tradeflo Global Inc, WeWork, 415 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. We provide bookkeeping, tax, and finance operations services to businesses. For any privacy question or request, contact us at parag.jain@zinance.co.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and business details you submit through our forms or when booking a demo, such as your name, work email, company, and job title.
- Information you provide when you become a client, including billing details and the financial records you share with us so we can deliver the service.
- Anything you send us by email, chat, or during a call.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
- Interaction data captured by analytics and session tools, which may include mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and page interactions. See section 4.
Information we receive from third parties
- Business and account intelligence from B2B data providers, which may associate your visit with a company and enrich it with firmographic details.
- Advertising and campaign data from platforms such as Google and LinkedIn when you interact with our ads.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our services.
- To respond to enquiries and schedule and conduct demos.
- To send service communications and, where permitted, marketing about Zinance.
- To measure and improve our website, marketing, and advertising performance.
- To take payment and maintain records for our clients.
- To meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it is used, and measure advertising. The tools we use are:
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads for analytics, conversion measurement, and advertising.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising measurement and audience building.
- Microsoft Clarity and Contentsquare for product analytics, heatmaps, and session recording. These tools may record your interactions with pages you visit.
- Factors.ai and RebDB for B2B account intelligence. These tools may identify the company associated with your visit.
- LeadPipe for lead capture.
- Cal.com to power demo booking on our site.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for performance measurement.
We do not currently display a cookie consent banner, and these technologies load when you visit the site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how the site works.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, including the analytics, advertising, and booking providers named in section 4, our payment processor (Stripe), and our customer relationship platform (HubSpot).
- Advertising platformssuch as Google and LinkedIn, for measurement and audience matching. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be treated as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under privacy law. See section 7.
- Professional advisers, auditors, and authorities where we are required to do so by law or to protect our rights.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email parag.jain@zinance.co. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
